Conferences and business events at the Atholl Hotel

Whatever the function, board meeting, training course or seminar – you can be assured all your needs will be catered for at the Atholl Hotel.

Our two beautiful function suites are perfect for those smaller conferences with all the equipment you may need available for hire including PC Projectors, Screens and Flip Charts.

The conference tutor/organiser will be met by a member of staff to confirm the timings and arrangements and will be on hand throughout the day. 

The following is the maximum delegates for each kind of set up in both rooms:

8 Hour Delegate Package

£39.00 per person
(based on minimum 10 delegates)

Your package includes the following:

• Hire of Conference Room
• Free wireless internet access
• Equipment: flip charts, data projector & screen, 62” flat screen TV, DVD player, pads, paper & pens 
• Mineral water, cordials & fruit basket
• Tea, Coffee & fruit juice on arrival
• Midmorning Coffee & bacon rolls or Danish pastries
• Two course lunch with coffee
• Afternoon tea

Options for lunch include 2-course lunch with coffee in the restaurant or finger buffet with coffee served in the meeting room. Finger buffet option is limited to a minimum of 10 delegates
